Physical Description: A slight man, Tallan Marikai Drachorsa is at first glance unassuming and frail. Though he stands at a noteworthy 6’ in height, he is thin, gaunt even. Despite this, he seems comfortable to be around others, not intimidated despite his stature. A dark skinned man, he stares upon others with a sense of eerie peace about him, his eyes an dark ethereal azure hue which leaves a ghastly impression. He is dressed in a white suit, a simple matter which covers him from head to toe nearly in all white, save for the shoes and glove he wears. With a better look, one may see his black hair reaches to his lower back, and is kept in a thick braid neatly woven with an almost compulsive precision to it. Also distinguishing the demure and serene man is the single, black, leather glove that is worn on his right hand.
Personality traits: Tallan is a man of unusual calm, so much so that it is considered creepy by some. He seldom is seen without his light, frail smile gently placing itself upon his face. And as one would expect, he has a laid back and relaxed demeanor to match. However, he is also both intelligent and confident, giving the air that he is constantly in control of a situation.
Notes: Tallan is both the heir to a Marikai Industries and a self-proclaimed expert in psychic studies. He has funded numerous research endeavors in the human mind, and privately backed studies in the use human co-integration with computer and technological systems. There are also claims that his fascination with the living mind delves deeper, that perhaps he himself believes he is a psychic. Tallan’s involvement in the tournament is touted as both a service to charity (In which he will donate the earnings to) and an examination in the franchise as a possible future joint operation with the Kaiba Corporation. With him is his personal assistant and body guard Faren, who is by his side at nearly all times. (Faren will be NPC’d in many instances, but is only a set piece for flavor. He is not a duelist, and mostly serves to offset Tallan’s frail constitution.)
